Home Health Care Services
Lott Physical Therapy provides home physical therapy services throughout Freestone, Limestone, and northern Leon Counties. This is a contracted service through several area home health agencies. Physical Therapy is initiated after an order is received from a physician, and performed through one of the above home health agencies. Physical Therapy within the home will include an evaluation of the patient's status, as well as a home safety assessment. Depending on the patient's diagnosis treatment sessions may include:
• Instruction in adaptive equipment
• Gait training with or without an assistive device
• Instruction in exercises
• Activities of daily living

Erin Maggard, MPT
Erin Maggard, MPT, specializes in Home Health Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of North Texas with her BS in Gerontology. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center School of Physical Therapy and received her Masters of Physical Therapy. Erin has special interests in the Geriatric population and Women’s Health Issues. She is certified in by the national WorkSTEPS program to perform ergonomic analysis in compliance with the ADA. Another certification includes kinesio taping techniques to control edema and reduce pain. Erin is licensed in the state of Texas and is a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
